All items shipped outside the UK are sent by Royal Mail Parcelforce insured airmail. Shipping serial numbers will be emailed to you to enable you to track your order.

We will endeavour to attend to and send your order within 48 hours of payment. International shipping takes 7 to 10 working days.

Cancelling Your Order - Your Right to Cancel.

We offer 100% guarantee on all our products: In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers may cancel their orders for most items by first contacting and informing us within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned unopened, customers must take reasonable care of the goods while in their possession and return them in re-saleable condition. Any refund however, will not include original costs of post or carriage incurred at time of dispatch and will be deemed the responsibility of the purchaser as contract. Some items (due to hygiene reasons) may not be returned.

Cancelling Your Order - Our Right to Cancel.

On rare occasions we may discover the need to cancel an order, such reasons include:
